职位描述
|
1.负责薪酬福利制度的修订与完善;
2.负责员工薪酬福利的贯彻、宣传、咨询工作;
3.分析及统计薪酬数据,调研薪酬水平,为企业薪酬体系建设提供参考依据;
4.负责各级员工薪资福利费用的核算、发放,建立各种薪酬信息台帐;
5.负责员工社会保险及公积金的各项业务办理;
6.负责薪酬及各项福利的档案资料维护和管理;
7.完成上级安排的其他工作。
1. Be responsible for the compensation of revision and improvement of the welfare system;
2. Responsible for the implementation of employee compensation benefits, publicity and consultation;
3. Analysis and salary data statistics, research on compensation, as a reference of enterprise salary system construction;
4. Responsible for all levels of staff salary welfare cost accounting, and set up various compensation information account;
5. Responsible for employee social insurance and housing fund in all kinds of business is dealt with;
6. Responsible for the compensation and benefits of file data maintenance and management;
7. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

职位要求
|
1.熟悉国家人事政策、法律和法规;
2.熟悉薪酬福利管理和人力资源管理基础知识;
3.2年以上大中型企业薪酬模块工作经验;
4.人力资源管理相关专业本科以上学历。
1. Familiar with national personnel policy, laws and regulations;
2. Familiar with c&b management and human resources management basic knowledge;
3.2 years working experience in large and medium-sized enterprises pay module;
4. Bachelor degree or above, major in human resources management related.
