Planning Lead and facilitate monthly S&OP meetings to ensure that an optimal balance is achieved in terms of supply vs demand, manufacturing capacities’ utilization, operating costs, service levels and working capital (inventory) Champion S&OP processes to ensure these critical activities are understood and adopted Develop, decide and communicate all activities which involve operational or tactical planning for storage location in Asia Pacific and manage inventory replenishment in China & Singapore & Korea warehouse. Act as key interface with global planning team by ensuring accurate demand projections are made available within the planning system (SAP/OMP) and that supply requirements are identified to allow development of an optimized global supply plan. Evolving standard operating procedures for supply & demand planning processes and systems Collaboration with business head and global planning team on product allocations in the region when supplies are in sales control/supply shortage. Manage key products & responsible for all related product planning to meet demand & inventory target. Engage the business to understand the business request deeply and to provide more accurate forecast Establish and utilize best methods (statistical models and software tools) to drive forecasting improvement and respective inventory targets. Apply the forecast measurement process to management and report actual performance vs plan and forecast. Provide education and training to regional sales personnel concerning demand planning/forecasting Ensure changes required to maintain global consistency in planning processes are implemented Project/Team Support Proactively facilitating, coordinating the best practices & consensus between functional experts (Demand Planning, Inventory Planning, Purchasing, Sales & Marketing, Operations, Finance, Logistics and IT). Coordinate resolution of conflicting issues across businesses, areas, functions and customers Provide a functional knowledge/expertise and planning analysis report for decision-making
任职资格:
Background in supply chain, planning, production. Knowledge and experience of S&OP management process/forecasting tools, forecasting processes in sales, finance, manufacturing and supply chain issues. Good experience with planning systems with strong preference for SAP/APO Strong analytical abilities Detail oriented and extreme accuracy Good communication and Team work spirit Ability to lead cross-functional activities Good command of English and Mandarin 3+ years planning related experience Ability to collaborate and to drive decisions • Ability to prepare presentations and present a clear and compelling message to groups • Ability to influence, motivate, and align non-direct reports up and down organization • Proven ability to teach and train people
