职位描述 1. Conduct factory audit in order to evaluate the supplier's qualification for quality requirment.
2. Pre-production, in-line&pre-shipment inspection in order to ensure good quality and safety for customer.
3. Draft product standard according to customer's requirment and supplier's capability to make the quality meet both both's requiremnt.
4. Coordinate with supplier conduct corrective and preventive action to aviod quality problem occur to ensure company's profitability.
5. Close coordinate with supplier to improve its quality managerment system to creative it qualified for Metro and other supermaket's factory evaluation and keep more access for more product.
6. Work with other department to slove all the returns and complains from customer to improve customer's satisfaction and gain more market share.
7. Collect and identify relevant regulation to ensure product meet with quality standards for chin market without any loss of reputation and economy.
8. Liasioning with overseas manufacturing and China government to apply for all kinds of certificate for access of product into domestic market
职位要求 1. At least 2 years of QA/QC management experience with technical background. work with multinational company is preferred.
2. Good skill with office software.Skill at writing report.
3. Strong communication skills in English&Chinese. skill to work with supplier and solve problem even facing chenllege of supplier.Good sense to cooperate with government department for regulation and license application.
4. Good command of case analysis capability. Good sense of key point for quality control. Have solid quality assurance knowledge and experience.
5. Willing to travel and open-minded, optimistic, independent .Self motivated and strong ability of self-learning.
